In this background, HMM provides hydrogen truck transportation services with Hyundai Glovis as part of eco-friendly management. The hydrogen truck was created with ‘Hydrogen Truck Project’ led by the Oakland Port Authority & Hyundai Motor Group's carbon-neutral management.

Electric Truck Transport Service at Germany
The demand for eco-friendly transport in Europe is increasing due to the EU's 'Fit for 55' policy, which aims to reduce carbon emissions by 55% by 2030. In line with this, HMM offers an electric truck-only service in Germany. In addition to short-distance services of 300-350km, we plan to expand our service area to long distances in the future.

In Germany, we've commenced eco-friendly transportation services, employing electric trucks for Hamburg terminal shuttles and inland routes to Dortmund. This was achieved via a strategic partnership with a European German firm focused on electric truck and carbon reduction infrastructure.
We're consistently evaluating the expansion of our green inland transport capabilities across Europe, with plans to include Frankfurt, Mannheim, and Basel (Switzerland) in our eco-friendly service network.
